Our Journey

2019 – Vision Born 

The idea to bring specialized wound care to underserved communities takes root in Burgersfort. 


2020 – Centre Established 

Isabella Wound Care and Health Care Centre officially opens its doors, starting with a small yet dedicated team. 


2021 – Community Impact Grows 

The centre begins serving a growing number of patients from rural areas, offering affordable and accessible care. 


2022 – Second Branch Launched 

A new branch is opened in Lydenburg, expanding reach and access to quality healthcare. 


2023 – Team Expansion 

The centre proudly grows to a team of 8 staff members, including skilled healthcare professionals and support staff. 


2024 – Partnership with Unjani Tukagomo 

Collaboration with Unjani Clinic expands services and strengthens community-based care. 


2025 – Recognition & Community Leadership 

Isabella becomes a trusted name in Limpopo’s healthcare sector, known for compassionate care, job creation, and a strong community presence
